Coco, Progress and Family

Coco says this is life is not too bad!

I  wish my Mom would not bother me!

Us and our four kids on Sue and Craig's boat.  First time we all could be together at the same time in years!  What a blessing!

Our three sons, Dan from MD, Mike from IN and Scott from VA.

And us girls!!!

The marina.

We went for a boat ride and saw a beautiful sunset!!

Abigail, Emily and Sue made Uncle Bill a birthday cake.

Abigail cracking one of the eggs for the cake.

All agreed it was tasty!!

It has rained a lot but still progress on the house.

A closer picture.  We don't have a basement so I don't know what these are called but as long as there is progress it makes me happy!
Just wish it could be faster progress!!  Thanks for visiting!

Hole Dug!

It was exciting Saturday to see that the hole was dug for our new house!   Can't wait!!

It looked like time to collect calendula seeds so did that and some of Rose Campeon.

Some beauty around the apartment grounds.

Space is limited in this apartment but these two plants seem to be doing okay on top of the refrigerator.

This plant sits on top of the antique butter churn in front of the sliding glass doors.  I think it needs some of my friend Cheryl's loving care!  Thank you for taking the time to visit.  Please leave a comment to read while apartment dwelling with Lyme relapse and have a wonderful week!

Memories!

What a nightmare but we are moved into the apartment!  My lyme disease had worsened and my lyme doctor is on medical leave of all times.  One more move to survive in 4-6 months yet!  I took some pictures of my yard and garden for memories.  The sunflowers worked well growing in the old compost place.  There were more than this blooming later.  The husband of the couple that bought our place likes to garden and had one so I am happy about that.

I will miss eating the asparagus in the spring!

I will really miss putting the raspberries in the freezer for pies but the two starters I potted up and put in Mike's garden are doing well!

One of the Asian pear trees.  Fruit looks larger than it actually is.

Another Asian fruit tree and again the fruit looks larger than it is in this picture.

Another fruit tree.  This is peach and again the fruit did not look this large.

Hibiscus blooming!

I especially liked this picture!!

I will miss the climbing rose bush by the arbor that is finally starting to bloom and grow!

Got to harvest cucumbers before I moved!

And my carrots even though they weren't real big.  One more zucchini there too.

This tomato ripened and we ate it today!

The girls came for a visit after we moved.  This is Cali playing with the Barbie dolls that I brought to our apartment for them.

The apartment has a pool.  Mike and the girls enjoyed a swim.  The water was cold!!

I brought all of my potted plants and set them on the small patio.  Just enough room to walk through.  Well, these are pictures for my memories.  If your still reading thank you for visiting.   When our new house is built it will be interesting to see what I can do with a courtyard!  Stay tuned for our life here in the apartment for a bit!

Progress in the Courtyard!

It was so nice to look out my bedroom window this morning and see the Clematis blooming instead of a pile of snow.  It is a rainy day agai...
