Carrots again, Honey Mustard Dressing, Cookies & Spring,

Dehydrated more carrots for soup!!  Love my dehydrator!

I made up a little Honey Mustard Dressing for my salad.  Now if I was ambitious like Daphne I would make my own mustard to go in it!!!

These are No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie Bars.  They have peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, oats, coconut, nuts and chocolate chips in them.  They are suppose to be healthier and "wonderful gardener" likes them so that is a good thing!!

Our daughter brought these flowers over and said she was bringing us a little bit of spring!  They sure are pretty but I don't think they have worked bringing us spring!  It is below colder than normal temperatures!  They do cheer the place up though!

Coco is out in my garden box looking for vegetables.  She wishes Mom would hurry up and plant some.  Mom wishes she could too but not for Coco to pick!

Well, what is a furbaby to do when there are no veggies to snitch!

Hi Nancy! Ya'll sure do use a lot of carrots! But they'll last longer that way! Yummy no cook chocolate bars! My dog likes to get in my garden boxes as well, but we fenced it off so he can't get in. He digs the garden up looking for moles! Can't have all my hard work go to waste! Glad Coco doesn't dig up yours! The weather is unusually cold for this time of year! We had a very warm weekend up til yesterday, now, cold again tonight! Spring is still emerging in spite of the cold! Have a nice day! Blessings from Bama!

Hi Felecia, We fenced in a lot of our garden but didn't make it high enough and she can climb/jump over! Had to dig out all my hostas around the yard too as she ate them to the ground. But yet we love her and put up with her! Nancy

Love honey mustard dressing. Did you tell us how you make it? Your carrots look so pretty and bet they really come in handy for stews. Good luck with your garden this year.

Hi Audrey, Would you like the recipe? I don't seem to make stews but they are good in veggie soups! With the weather I will need all the help I can get with the garden this year I am afraid! Nancy

The flowers do look cheerful! Too cool here for much garden work. I'm also wondering if the dogs will hunt in my garden :)

Hi lil red hen, Coco loves almost all veggies. Our previous cocker loved veggies too and use to go out in the garden and pick the tomatoes to eat. Still chilly here too. Nancy
