Blog Trouble Part 1

We bought a half bushel of peaches to freeze.  It was a lot of work but we love frozen peaches and they will be so tasty this winter.  This blog is in four parts because "Blogger" has some demons in it and I have to post each picture separately.  I was planning to take a break anyway so won't be posting for awhile.  I harvested about 34 pounds of produce this year from my little courtyard garden.  We really enjoyed eating the strawberries especially.  Thank you for each and every one that read and left a comment for me.  Nancy

Hi Granny Marigold, Thanks! We didn't get any peaches last year and missed having them to eat so I am glad we were able to get them this year. Nancy

Hi Elizabethd, We did not grow those but had to buy them. At our previous house I had planted a peach tree but can't do that here. They are delicious though. Nancy

34 pounds is a lot of produce coming from a little courtyard garden. That must have made you happy. The peaches look delicious. I've always loved frozen peaches.

Hi Betsy, Blogger did this once before to me. By the time I am ready to blog again it will probably be okay! I am trying to simplify until I can deal with all the health problems right now. Nancy

Hi Henny Penny Yes, I thought 34 pounds was a nice total but some of my things did not do well so hoping to figure that out and harvest more next year! Frozen peaches taste almost like fresh, don't you think! Nancy

Yum to frozen peaches! And 34 lbs of produce from your courtyard - congrats - that's quite the achievement!

Hi Margaret, hoping next year that I can grow more! I am still hoping to get 2 or 3 zucchini yet and a few cherry tomatoes. Nancy

Nancy, it is amazing to me that you got all those peaches from your little courtyard. Color me very impressed!
When we got home from our camping trip I checked my mail box, there was a card and homemade bookmark from you.
You're too kind . . . you touched my heart.
Connie :)
P.S. I hope you get your Blogger problems solved soon and without hassle.

I actually got two peaches from my own peach tree that we planted last spring! It was amazing! Love peaches! We usually buy from the Peach Truck when it comes through!

Hi Connie, No, no. We did not grow the peaches in our courtyard but bought them. Wish we could grow them! We have been without internet for a few days so hope you are doing well. Nancy

Hi Shawn Ann, Well, at least you have a peach tree and two peaches! Probably you will get more next year hopefully. We don't have a peach tree coming through here. I love our frozen peaches. Nancy

Hi Nancy :) The peaches look great! And congratulations on your strawberry harvest success! Blogger...what can we say huh? :)

Hi Rain, Thanks! Blogger gave us a problem big time but I really needed to take a break and try to figure out how to cope with this chronic fatigue and other things. Thanks for commenting! Nancy

Bad Blogger! I've never had anything like that happen before and I hope they fix it for you soon! The four different photos and posts worked very well though. :)

Hi Leigh, Yes, bad blogger! Part of the reason I wanted a break too was because of the chronic fatigue and other health problems. Thank you for visiting! Nancy

How wonderful to see Gracie playing your flute. I love that you, your daughter and now your granddaughter enjoy music . . . when I was young the flute was what I wanted to learn. Never got the chance . . . but I did a lot of other things, I'm not complaining.
Have a sweet day and get a good blogging rest.
Love,
Connie :)

Hi Connie, It is never too late to learn to play an instrument but it does take discipline and practice. I would like to play the guitar and other instruments but don't have time to practice guitar and piano! I do enjoy my piano though. Nancy

My mom used to freeze peaches. I haven't done it in years but I might have to revisit it -- these look delish!

Hi Nancy, Somehow I just now read a comment you left awhile back on my house blog. Or maybe I answered it and forgot I did, but anyway, we live in Kokomo. So a couple of hours from you. I understand these blog demons. I have a couple of things going on with blog issues myself right now. It's very frustrating. And I think that person cocoya is a troll or spam or something....
Peaches look amazing. I put a few up this summer, but not many. We ate most of them!
