Variety of This and That!

No harvest!!!  Meet my two piano students standing in front of my Christmas tree!  Merry Christmas to them!

We had lunch with our first grader, Gracie!  She thought that pizza was sure good!

Time to play!  Too cold to go outside.  If only I could do the splits like that it would help me with my gardening!!!!

A couple ladies came over to quilt.  Ann had made a set of these beautiful pillow cases!!

We had some couples over for coffee and dessert after our church Christmas cantata.  I found these cute napkins to set the table with.  If only this was true!!!!!

My "Wonderful Gardener" is shoveling a path for our furbaby to go out to "potty"!  Not spoiled one bit!
What we don't do for our dogs!

I think this means I can start my "armchair gardening"!  I have received one seed catalog in the mail so far.  I'll be back after the holidays!  Enjoy yours!!!!

Hi Nancy! Nice to meet your piano students! They look like sisters! Your grand-daughter sure is cute! I just can't imagine all that snow! Is it recent? I've only seen snow like that here once! The blizzard of '93'! Thanks for sharing those beautiful snow photos! Those pillow cases sure are pretty! Good thing you can quilt when the weather is 'frightful'! I was just outside today, cleaning out another raised bed. The weather was so nice, with sunshine and 53 degrees! I hope it doesn't get too cold here this winter! Have a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year! Blessings from Bama!

What sweet piano students! And such a cutie granddaughter. You mean Christmas Calories DO count?! How lucky you are to have quilting friends to spend time with. Beautiful snow. Hard to believe those snow-covered raised beds will be producing things for you to eat next spring. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Yup. Time to fill our time with other things besides digging in the dirt. I've been cooking. In fact I made home made doggy treats the other day. Yes we spoil the dogs.

Hi, Nancy! Your piano students are precious. Your Gracie is too!

The pillow case is really nice. Someone did a great job.

Such cute napkins! I know we have been eating way too much sugar lately. :)

Your snow is beautiful. We did get a covering of snow this week, but it melted quickly. Temps have been in the upper 50s and 60s the last few days.

Merry Christmas to you and your family.

:)Vicki

Hi vicki, Thanks! It is so hard at Christmas time not to eat all the not good for you goodies! But they taste so good! Our snow is gone now and we are getting rain! Merry Christmas to you too! Nancy

Wow, that is a lot of snow. We have only had a couple of inches. My sister and family is moving to Brownsburg. They won't know what to do with snow as they are from So. California.

Have a Merry Christmas with your family.

Hi Cheryl, We don't have much snow at all right now after that melted but could get some more late tomorrow night! It is the bitter cold that I don't like. Have a great Christmas! Nancy
