A couple small radishes and a little spinach! Even a little bit harvested from my garden is wonderful!!!!
My first picking of asparagus!! Since "wonderful gardener" doesn't eat it, I have enough each year for me!!
Planted my beets. Crazy weather. I do hope they grow so that I can make my pickled beets again!
My new Baker's Rack. I found one that is small and can fit in front of the french door window. That seems to be a good place to start a few seedlings. In the winter I can fill it up with other things!! I closed the blinds trying to get a better picture.
"Wonderful Gardener" installing a taller fence to keep our Coco out of my garden! The one we had was two feet tall and didn't stop her. This one is four feet tall with five feet poles! Do you think this will stop our 20 pound cocker!!! Aren't we crazy?!?!

Glad to see you getting a few early vegetables. Seems like you just got rid of the snow.

They may be small harvests, but they look really good. I so wish I had asparagus. But I'll have to wait another year before I can harvest any.
wow--it seems so early--great! the new fence should do the job--poor cocoa!
Hi Audrey, Seems like I have waited forever to harvest a few veggies!! Hope the weather gets nicer now. Nancy
Hi Daphne, Oh, I am enjoying my first harvests so much. Maybe having to wait makes me appreciate them more! Nancy
Hi lynn, What do you mean poor Coco!! haha I think it is poor us having to spend so much money on her! She gives lots of loving in return even though she eats my veggies every chance she gets! Nancy
So amazing you are already beginning to harvest! Love your Baker's Rack. That sunny location looks perfect. Hope the taller fence works! It looks nice.
Hi Nancy! That's awesome to already have harvest with your weather! I harvested some mustard leaves yesterday and used them in my green juice. Delicious! I love the baker's rack! Such a good location! You'll be able to grow much there! And for the fence, we use them all the time to keep the critters and our dogs out! You'll be glad you have it! Thanks for sharing! Have a great week! Blessings from Bama!
Hi Lisa, Thanks! If the taller fence doesn't keep Coco out I don't know what will! LOL Nancy
Hi Felecia, Thanks! I harvested more asparagus tonight! Yippee! Nancy
Yum! I can't wait for it to get warmer here. We've been averaging mid 30's to 40ish. I love seeing that spring and summer is indeed on the way!
Hi Becky, Our weather gives us a little taste and then disappoints us! We are getting rainy days now. Hopefully it will all smooth out soon! Nancy
I love the bakers rack. So pretty! And your asparagus and radishes look really good. Good idea to fence the garden! We need to fence ours against deer!
Hi Leigh, Thanks. At least we don't have to deal with deer here and we try to keep the outside fence without holes at the bottom so the rabbits don't get in. Occasionally one will but so far not very often! Nancy
Hi Nancy. How lucky you can pick fresh vegetables. For some reason I have only ever planted tomatoes.I like your baker's rack. I have been looking for one for the back porch. Why did you take away little Coco's fun!!!That fence looks like it should solve the problem..Happy Saturday..Judy
Hi Judy, Thanks! So nice of you to visit here from your sweet cottage.
Leaf lettuce is easy to grow. You should try some with your tomatoes. Hope you'll have time to visit again. Nancy
Things are looking good. We have had some asparagus and radishes. It is nice to get them from the garden again.
I like the baker's rack. What a great place to start things.
Have a wonderful evening.

Hi Cheryl, Thanks! I have been looking for something for that spot for quite awhile now and didn't know quite what I wanted. When I saw this it was it! Nancy
