My tomatoes are starting to ripen!  Except for the Brandywine they are not very large.  Why is that???

Picked a few cucumbers.  The one in the middle got away on me!  Some are fat and squatty this year!

A few beans are scraggling in!

Starting to pick a few fall raspberries.  I am liking that!!

How dare this bunny eat my lettuce like that!  This is the fourth one we have chased out of the yard.  Now this afternoon I saw another one in our yard.  I wonder how many more!  Hoping the same one is not getting back in but that there must be a nest under our deck! My friend and I were just saying we had never saw a bunny eating our lettuce and that must be a myth when I saw this one enjoying herself in my patch!!! So the fact that bunnies like lettuce is not a myth!

I just recently bought these three adorable little watering can solar lights.  They each turn different colors.  Of course that is Coco in the corner hoping to see a bunny in the garden!

Here is a close up of one.  I just love them!!

Ack bunnies. At least you have raspberries to console yourself. Mine barely started this week. The plants look pretty stressed though. I need to water them more.

Hi Daphne, Our raspberries need watering more also. We just bought a soaker hose but haven't gotten it down yet. The heat here is oppressive with the humidity. Between that and the Lyme I don't accomplish much outside. Nancy

Hi Nancy! Those tomatoes look delicious! At least yours aren't diseased as mine seem to be. The cukes look nice to. I'm planting more to see if they will grow into Fall. They might grow, but I don't know if they'll produce. Hopefully! Oh, I miss my raspberries! Yours look nice! And those water can lights are so pretty! I hope you're feeling better! Have a nice day! Blessings from Bama!

Those lights are so cute! I sympathize over the bunny issues - I've had MANY bunny issues, hence all of the chickenwire around the yard. Not the nicest fencing to look at but function comes first! As for the brandywine, it wouldn't be the first time the wrong seeds ended up in a packet!

Hi Felecia, Thanks! I should be thankful for small tomatoes! I planted more cukes and beans too hoping to get some before the frost! No better yet! Nancy

Hi Margaret, Thanks! I bought my Brandywine as a plant so have no complaints about it but the Rutgers I grew from seed are not large. At least they are mostly good! Bob chased the fifth rabbit out of the yard today! Grrrr. Nancy

Your tomatoes look delicious. My tomatoes grew big this summer but had no taste. They are too watery and begin to rot as soon as I bring them in. This has never happened before. All your vegetables look good. The little watering cans are so cute!

Hi Henny Penny, Thanks! I guess I would rather have small tomatoes with taste rather than large ones that aren't good! Yes, I do love the little watering cans! They were on sale and a 11 percent discount on top of that. Can't resist that bargain as I have been wanting them! Nancy

Luscious looking veggies! Too bad about the hungry rabbit though. We had to put up some temporary wire "circles" to keep one determined bunny from eating all the new leaves on two of my Rose bushes in Spring. He finally gave up and after a week or so of not seeing him we could take the rather unsightly wire away. The solar light watering cans are so cute.

Hi Granny Marigold, Bob chased the 7th bunny out tonight. In fact he chased two out today. Hoping they are not getting back in anywhere but that it is a nest under the deck. Surprised your bunny finally gave up eating your rose bushes. Nancy
