Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!

Another Nativity Set!  We use to collect nativity sets but ran out of room to put them.  Couldn't resist buying another one!  "Wonderful Gardener" liked this one and it was on sale!  What can I say!!!!  It is from Frankenmuth, Michigan, a German tourist town.

Here is another set we bought years ago in Mexico.

Found the old sled so it sits by the front door to cheer things up a bit!

Sophia has come to visit again while her mommy goes to visit the grandchildren.  Sophia's mama's birthday is Christmas Day.  Happy birthday to Dianne!!!

Here is Jesus birthday cake!  Two candles for Gracie and Cali to blow out.   Remembering the Reason for the Season!  Have a very Merry Christmas everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like your Nativity sets. I have sort of a collection of them too and had to quit due to no more space.

I put a sled and ice skates by the front door but ours has to be chained on. We've had too many front yard items stolen; now we make sure they are firmly attached. Sad isn't it.

Have a blessed Christmas and all the very best in 2016.

Nativity sets are usually the only decorations I display.

The old sled sure brings bad memories. I spent a lot of time on mine when I was little.

Merry Christmas

Hi Granny Marigold, I love Nativity Scenes. So far no one has stolen my sleigh but I had my Dad's mild cans sitting on each side of our garage and they stole those. I felt bad about it but they even had clay soil in them to make them heavy. Hope you had a good Christmas. Nancy

Hi Tired Teacher, I love Nativity sets but there is only so much room! I am afraid I am too old to go sledding now but sounds like fun! Hope your Christmas was nice! Nancy

I love that you have a birthday cake for Jesus. I used to do that too, when my kids were little. :) Love your Nativities too!

Hi Nancy, I love that you baked a birthday cake . . . what a lovely tradition :) The old sled looks wonderful by your front door and well, I love nativities, too. One of the Mormon churches in our town puts on a yearly weekend event that is a tour of nativities. They fill their gym with hundreds including Christmas trees that are decorated with every ornament a nativity. Being sick, I didn't make it to many Christmas events around town, but maybe next year :) Thank you for your get well wishes, reading them made me feel better :)
Happy New Year!
Connie :)

Thank you for visiting me!
Cranberry bread sounds wonderful, by the way!
Enjoy the beginning of January... Soon it will be seed time : )
God bless!

Hello, Nancy... just popping by to try to describe what to do to get the followers gadget..I am barely literate blog-tech-wise, mind you, so I may just confuse you!; )

Go to layout, then choose the box where you'd like the gadget to appear and click the blue 'add a gadget' words in that box...you will then see a list of gadgets, the one you want is the very last one on the second page of these, so click 'more gadgets' on the left hand sidebar and it will give you the second page.Find the followers one, click the blue + sign to add it, and then orange 'save' at the bottom of next panel that comes up. Then click 'save arrangement' at the top of your layout page. You should then see it when you view your blog.
Hope it works but no pressure!
